Please do not include payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, medical information, passwords or other sensitive personal details in a website inquiry.
How inquiries are handled
We use the information you provide to review the request, respond, discuss the job and coordinate any follow-up you ask for. Our website uses an email-delivery service to forward online requests to the Chesbro Electric office. We may keep communications and relevant project records as reasonably needed for customer service, business operations and applicable recordkeeping obligations.
Website analytics and protection
Our website uses Google Analytics to help us understand visits and website interactions, such as clicks to call or request an estimate. Analytics services may use cookies or similar browser technology and receive technical website usage information. We do not intentionally send the text of estimate inquiries, customer names, email addresses or phone numbers as analytics events.
Cloudflare helps host and protect the website, including anti-spam verification on the online request form. Resend is used to route messages submitted through the direct estimate form to our office email. These services may process technical information needed to provide those functions, according to their respective terms and notices.
We also use Metricool to measure website visits and pages viewed. The Metricool tracker sends the visited page address and related connection information to its service, including IP-derived country information. Metricool states that its website visit tracker does not use cookies. These website measurements help us understand interest in our content and services.

You may call or email us instead of submitting a website form. Your browser settings or privacy extensions may limit cookies, analytics and some website features. If you want to ask about information you previously sent, request a correction or ask us to review a deletion request, contact us using the details below. Some communications or records may need to be retained for legitimate business or legal reasons.
